Starting data protection from the beginning

Many organizations — especially growing SMEs and startups — have not yet systematically addressed data protection. The data protection onboarding is our structured entry point: in a defined project, we lay the foundations for GDPR compliance and bring your organization to a solid starting position.

What onboarding includes

  1. Kickoff meeting — getting to know your organization, stakeholders, and data landscape
  2. Status assessment — what already exists? What is missing?
  3. Processing activity survey — structured capture of all data processing
  4. First documentation — initial RoPA, core privacy notices, DPO designation (if required)
  5. Priority action list — what needs to be addressed next?
  6. Handover — transition to ongoing support or your internal team

Timeline and scope

The onboarding project typically takes 4–8 weeks depending on the size and complexity of your organization. At the end, you have a documented foundation to build on — and a clear picture of what ongoing data protection management looks like for your specific situation.
